- Video calling enables communication with patients when, for practical reasons, physical travel to the hospital is not appropriate and other means of communication are too restrictive. For this purpose, necessary personal data are processed. These are described under section 6.4 of the privacy statement.
- You have the right to exclude a healthcare professional from accessing your health data. Section 8.1.9 clarifies how you can request this.
