UZ Gent uses entrance numbers and route numbers to help you find your way.
How does it work?
- Each main entrance to a building has an entrance number. This number is displayed on a large sign at the building and on the campus map (2.23 MB) "pdf".
- Inside the buildings, route numbers guide you to the correct reception or waiting area.
- Signposts across the campus show directions to the main entrances and the central parking building.
- At the exit of each building, you’ll find an overview of all entrance and route numbers.
What does this mean for you?
- Your appointment letter shows the entrance and route number you need to go to.
- For consultations, day admissions, or hospital stays: first register at a registration kiosk in the central reception (entrance 11). In certain cases, you can register closer to the department you are visiting.
- After registration, you will receive a ticket with the entrance and route number for your appointment.
- For hospital admissions, go to a staff member at the registration desk to complete the registration.
- If you have multiple appointments in one day, check in only once. You will receive tickets for all appointments at the same time.
