My UZ Gent is your personal portal. There you can view medical and administrative information and arrange various matters yourself.
Appointments
You can make, change or cancel appointments with various departments online. This offer is growing. In My UZ Gent and on the service pages you can see for which departments this is already possible.
CoZo healthcare platform
In CoZo, the Collaborative Care Platform, you can view medical images, vaccination data and examination results, among other things.
Note: if you want to view your children's data, you must set up a power of attorney in CoZo. You can find the procedure at www.cozo.be.
My details and invoices
In My UZ Gent you can also arrange administrative matters, such as:
- change your contact details
- add your family doctor
- indicate whether you prefer to receive invoices by mail or by e-mail
- view your hospital invoices and payment status
Questionnaires and care information
Sometimes a healthcare provider will send you a questionnaire during your treatment. You can fill it out here. You can also receive instructions or documentation about your care here.
Sending a file
You can securely send a referral letter, photo or other document to your care providers in the hospital. The document is automatically added to your patient record.
Consultation reports, examination results and discharge letters after an admission can be consulted by your care providers in the CoZo care platform, so you do not have to forward such documents.
Meal choice
Are you admitted to our hospital? Then in My UZ Gent you can adjust the meals to your own taste. This is not yet possible in some departments. A staff member will visit you to note your choice of meals.
